You will drive service attachment rates for Startups while building revenue through paid services for SMB and Commercial segments, helping customers accelerate their growth and adoption on our platform.</p> <h3><strong>What you ll do</strong></h3> <p>As part of this role, you ll ensure customers in the SMB and Commercial segments are equipped with the right Professional Services to thrive on Stripe. You will spend a significant portion of your time engaging with users to understand their needs, and scoping appropriate services. A key part of the role is collaborating with Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions and align implementation offerings with user goals. While selling services is important, the primary success metric is the growth of Stripe product revenue.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Evaluate user needs and recommend the most appropriate service offering to ensure their success on Stripe (free or paid)</li> <li>Drive Professional Services attach for SMB and Commercial users, ensuring they receive appropriate implementation and integration support</li> <li>Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth user handoffs and appropriate service offerings</li> <li>Scope projects accurately to ensure alignment between customer needs and our delivery capabilities</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with the Sales team for effective service alignment</li> <li>Support user success by focusing on increasing Stripe product activations</li> <li>Scope projects accurately to ensure alignment between customer needs and our delivery capabilities</li> <li>Generate Professional Services revenue through selling packaged offerings</li> <li>Negotiate service contracts and statements of work for paid engagements</li> <li>Monitor customer success metrics across all segments to demonstrate ROI</li> <li>Help shape the evolution of our service offerings based on market needs and feedback</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who you are</strong></h3> <p>We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</p> <h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>2+ years of customer facing experience at a leading technology or payments company and a track record of top performance.</li> <li>Experience in pre-sales and sales, as well as in contract and Statement of Work (SOW) development.</li> <li>Ability to understand technical requirements and match them to appropriate service offerings</li> <li>Strong judgment in determining which service offering best suits different user segments</li> <li>Experience qualifying opportunities and identifying upsell potential</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences</li> <li>Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and delivery teams</li> <li>Ability to build strong relationships across different customer segments</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience selling technical implementation services in the payments or fintech industry
