The role requires strong analytical skills, expert-level Excel proficiency, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.</div> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Develop and manage Clara s compensation structures — including salary bands, variable pay programs, and equity frameworks — across LATAM</li> <li>Conduct market research and benchmark analysis using survey platforms to ensure competitive pay practices.</li> <li>Support the hiring committee with offer calibration, ensuring every offer is internally equitable and market-aligned.</li> <li>Design and manage employee benefits programs across Clara s markets, balancing compliance, employee experience, and cost efficiency.</li> <li>Research, evaluate, and recommend new benefits or perks based on market trends, employee feedback, and business priorities.</li> <li>Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure benefits are correctly reflected in payroll, contracts, and statutory filings in each country.</li> <li>Analyze compensation and benefits data using advanced Excel skills — including financial modeling, scenario analysis, pay equity reviews, and cost projections.</li> <li>Build and maintain People dashboards and compensation reports for internal stakeholders, from headcount snapshots to investor-facing workforce cost analyses.</li> <li>Lead compensation and benefits projects end-to-end: annual review cycles, band restructures, benefits renewals, and incentive program rollouts.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations affecting compensation and benefits in LATAM.</li> <li>Drive process improvements in how compensation decisions are structured, communicated, and operationalized across the org.</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, HR, or a related field.</li> <li>3–6 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis, ideally with multi-country LATAM exposure.</li> <li>Expert proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets: financial models, scenario planning, pivot tables, and data visualization.</li> <li>Strong analytical and project management skills, you can own a process from design through execution.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills: you translate complex compensation data into clear narratives for managers and executives.</li> <li>Fluent in Spanish; professional proficiency in English.</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to Have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience at a high-growth
