This role is central to ensuring grading work is delivered smoothly, creatively and efficiently across a fast-moving commercial environment.</p> <p>This is a specialist production role for someone with a strong understanding of the grading process, colour workflows and finishing pipelines, and who is comfortable coordinating projects across multiple sites, teams and workflows. You will work closely with colourists, producers, editors, online teams, creatives, clients and agency partners to ensure projects are scoped properly, scheduled effectively and delivered to the highest technical and creative standard.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will bring experience from a post production, finishing or colour-focused production environment and will understand how to support both premium attended sessions and more distributed, agile workflows.
