This role will be instrumental in expanding Clara’s regional presence by developing and executing a strategic sales plan focused on impact and scalability. You’ll join our Commercial team and be at the forefront of our mission to empower companies across Mexico through smarter financial tools.</p> <p data-start="665" data-end="920">As a sales leader on the ground, you ll manage the full cycle—from identifying prospects to closing high-impact deals. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, replicate proven playbooks, and take full ownership of your territory’s success.</p> <h3 data-start="922" data-end="937">Who you are</h3> <p data-start="939" data-end="1093"><em data-start="939" data-end="1093">We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</em></p> <h4 data-start="1095" data-end="1110">Must haves</h4> <ul data-start="1112" data-end="1840"> <li data-start="1112" data-end="1194"> <p data-start="1114" data-end="1194">3+ years of experience in <strong data-start="1140" data-end="1158">outbound sales</strong> and prospecting in B2B environments</p> </li> <li data-start="1195" data-end="1267"> <p data-start="1197" data-end="1267">Proven background in B2B tech companies, with a deep understanding of how financial decisions are made in large organizations.</p> </li> <li data-start="1268" data-end="1358"> <p data-start="1270" data-end="1358">Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using <strong data-start="1320" data-end="1333">CRM tools</strong> (preferably <strong data-start="1346" data-end="1357">Hubspot</strong>)</p> </li> <li data-start="1359" data-end="1441"> <p data-start="1361" data-end="1441">Strong proficiency in <strong data-start="1383" data-end="1399">cold calling</strong>, emailing, social selling, and networking</p> </li>
