You’ll work directly with some of our key advertisers as a trusted consultant to their business. Your strategic advice, analytical skills and sales skills are core to bringing to life the value we deliver as a platform. What you ll do: <ul> <li>Manage and grow client accounts, collaborating with partners to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities.</li> <li>Translate partner goals and data into clear, actionable insights for effective media strategies.</li> <li>Advise clients on Pinterest ad products, targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement best practices.</li> <li>Participate in client meetings to understand needs, solve challenges, and promote Pinterest solutions.</li> <li>Clearly explain complex products and processes, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and agencies.</li> <li>Build strong partner relationships and proactively expand opportunities to drive revenue growth.</li> </ul>   What we re looking for: <ul> <li>Experience in digital advertising sales, preferably with performance advertisers.</li> <li>Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to explore AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity, including campaign setup, performance reporting, client communications, and research. Leverages AI to work more efficiently, whether it s streamlining optimizations, preparing for client meetings, or surfacing insights from campaign data, while maintaining attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage mutually beneficial client accounts independently.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of digital ad technologies across Search, Shopping, Display, and Social.</li> <li>Effective at managing multiple priorities and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at building lasting partnerships.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.</li> </ul>   In-Office Requirement Statement:</
