As Site Operations Lead at Bolt Pharmacy, your fundamental role is to make sure our world class team delivers a world class experience for our customers everyday. This is not a traditional operations manager role. We operate with a lean team and you’ll maintain high ownership and high accountability. You’ll need high emotional intelligence, relentless standards and a willingness to lead visibly from the front. If your preference is to observe remotely from behind a computer in an office, this is a bad fit for you. We are on a rocket ship growth trajectory with life changing products, so intensity is paramount. Your mandate is simple, but that does not mean it will be easy: Deliver our operational plans flawlessly Take full accountability for the day-to-day performance of the site Be a culture vector: set the standards and lead from the front Lead on the deployment of new products, technology and automation at the site Great performance in this role means growth is never constrained by operational readiness, low performance or sloppy processes. You will be comfortable with forecasting, labour planning, performance management and setting the tone. You will work in partnership with key leaders from across the org to make sure the operation hums.
