We operate based on treating each other with kindness and support each other as a team.</p> <h1>The position</h1> <p>This is an exciting time to join Remote as the <strong>Senior Product Manager, Remote Build</strong>, helping customers connect their existing systems, workflows, and applications to Remote s global employment platform.</p> <p>Remote Build supports customers who need expert guidance and delivery support to integrate Remote with the tools and processes they already use. You ll help shape integrations and apps that are reliable, scalable, easy to adopt, and grounded in Remote s deep expertise in global employment, payroll, and compliance.</p> <p>Your mission is to make every customer engagement compound — turning recurring integration and app needs into repeatable, high-quality experiences that deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.</p> <p></p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Integration Architecture & Design:</strong> Lead deep-dive technical discovery into Remote’s APIs and partner APIs. Understand data mapping, data flows, authentication flows, API keys, edge cases, and compliance requirements across 100+ countries.</li> <li><strong>Customer-Led Prioritization:</strong> Prioritize integration and app work based on customer needs, product impact, technical feasibility, operational complexity, and repeatability.</li>
