This role requires strong project management expertise, operational leadership, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, production, post-production, and agency partners. <div> </div> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li> Delivery Leadership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multimedia projects, ensuring milestones and timelines remain on track. </li> <li> Workflow Optimization: Redesign intake processes, improve efficiency, and standardize governance and documentation. </li> <li> Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of collaboration between creative services, production, agencies, vendors, and business owners. </li> <li> Capacity & Resource Management: Monitor team capacity, track resource utilization, and forecast demand. </li> <li> Operational Excellence: Implement scalable frameworks, delivery playbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives. </li> <li> Performance Analytics: Define and track KPIs such as throughput, production volumes, SLA performance, and efficiency metrics. </li> <li> Quality Oversight: Ensure deliverables meet briefs, stakeholder expectations, and compliance standards. </li> </ul> <div> </div> <h2>Must-have Skills</h2> <ul> <li> 7+ years of experience in project or program management. </li> <li> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. </li> <li> English level: B2 Advanced or C1. </li> <li> Proven success managing complex creative, marketing, or multimedia production programs. </li> <li> Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills. </li> <li> Experience with enterprise workflow platforms (Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar). </li> <li> Analytical mindset with experience building operational dashboards and KPIs. </li> <li> Ability to thrive in fast-paced enterprise environments. </li> </ul> <div> </div> <h2>Nice-to-have</h2> <ul> <li> AI Tooling Proficiency: Ability to leverage AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation, and recommend effective AI use in workflows. </li> <li> Experience in marketing operations, creative services, multimedia production, or agency operations. </li> <li> Familiarity with business intelligence reporting and process improvement methodologies. </li> <li> <p
