You'll join our Ops team right at the intersection of compliance and strategy. Alongside our Fund Compliance Manager, you'll get hands-on with recurring regulatory reporting cycles across a fast-growing portfolio of fund clients, and as you find your footing, you'll get real opportunities to contribute to the process, tooling, and automation work that shapes how the whole team operates. Your Role Get hands-on with monthly German compliance reporting, Bundesbank reports, AIFMD filings, and FATCA/CRS cycles across a diverse portfolio of fund clients. You'll see how regulation actually works in practice, not just in theory. Collect, review, and verify data and documentation from various stakeholders across our fund clients, spotting inconsistencies, missing pieces, or red flags before they become bigger problems. You'll take ownership of the workstreams that keep this data accurate and our compliance process running smoothly. Think of it as detective work with real regulatory stakes. Beyond the day-to-day, you'll have real opportunities to shape the bigger picture - improving tracking tools, documenting processes, and contributing to automation initiatives that our compliance team is actively driving forward.
