The candidate should have strong understanding of the creative and production industry, ultimately worked within a creative agency (or in-house agency) or a production company for a vast majority of their career.  They can shape ideas, briefs and expand on concepts, not only execute them. They don’t just build prototypes; they think about how things can scale. They don’t just solve problems; they spot them early and think about mitigating risk. They are comfortable working with clients and have strong presentation skills. The Senior CT plays a supporting leadership role across strategic and creative delivery, mentoring and standards. Senior CTs own workstreams, line manage junior team members and help ensure that what we ship is technically robust, creatively ambitious and compliant with corporate and client expectations.
