You’ll play a key role in ensuring Clara’s local operations remain compliant, well-documented, and legally sound. Working closely with our Legal Lead and global teams, you ll manage operational legal work that supports our business goals while reducing risks. Your responsibilities will include: <ul data-start="708" data-end="1479"> <li data-start="708" data-end="792"> Drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, NDAs, and corporate documentation </li> <li data-start="793" data-end="898"> Providing legal support across internal teams — especially Sales, Finance, and Operations </li> <li data-start="899" data-end="1025"> Supporting Clara’s compliance with Colombian regulations, especially related to data protection and AML frameworks </li> <li data-start="1026" data-end="1183"> Managing communications and deadlines with regulatory bodies, including the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, with support from senior counsel </li> <li data-start="1184" data-end="1286"> Assisting in responses to administrative requests, legal notifications, and pre-litigation matters </li> <li data-start="1287" data-end="1386"> Maintaining up-to-date legal files and records across tools like Google Drive and Slack </li> <li d
