We re looking for an exceptional operator to own problems like these and drive them to decisions that reach the CEO, CPO, and CFO - and beyond.<br><br>As the first Director  hire on our Business Operations team, you ll start with the highest-stakes arena we have today — Figma s business model and monetization strategy (pricing, packaging, our AI credit and consumption models, and the shape of the model itself) — and build and lead the small, high-leverage team that owns it.
