Apply now and define the future of work!</span></div></div><h2><strong>What this job can offer you</strong></h2> <ul> <li>This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a <span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="1">Procurement Analyst</span>, joining our Global Purchase to Pay Team.</li> <li> <p>The Procurement Analyst will be the directly responsible individual for the strategic management, execution, and documentation of the company’s developing procurement process.</p> <p>Areas to cover:</p> <ul> <li>Partnering with internal stakeholders to onboard, monitor and if necessary, terminate vendor relationships.</li> <li>Advising internal stakeholders on vendor management requirements and communicating potential risks identified while managing vendors.</li> <li>Proactively identifying, monitoring, escalating and remediating any issues in the procurement process with the goal to ensure proper documentation and communication with all internal stakeholders and external vendors.</li> <li>Understanding and adhering to Remote’s standards, policies and controls for vendor management.</li> </ul> <p>The Procurement Analyst will play an important role from within the company’s Purchase to Pay team by working closely each day with a wide variety of Remote’s globally distributed personnel to ensure all purchases and renewals are done in a consistent, compliant, and thoroughly negotiated manner.</p> </li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Proven experience in indirect (services and SaaS) procurement</li> <li>Solid experience managing vendor relationships</li> <li>Experience in Coupa Intake & Orchestration is a plus</li> <li>Excellent English written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Strong organisational and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Strong commercial negotiation and contracting skills</li> <li>Strong project management skills</li> <li>Strong documentation skills</li> <li>The ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></h2> <ul> <li>Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing while aligning with Remote’s terms</li> <li>Manage the entire procurement process in Coupa in partnership with key business owners and stakeholders</li> <li>Track and monitor software license renewals to ensure timely renewal of services</li> <li>Partnership with Remote’s Data Privacy, IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies</li> <li>Prepare and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities</
