If so, we invite you to join us at Elastic as a Sr. Manager, Renewal Operations. As a key leader in our organization, you will serve as the driving force behind the continuous improvement of our global renewal processes. Where other teams focus on deal execution, you are the strategic architect and advisor who aligns Sales, Finance, Field Engineering, and Marketing to optimize renewal rates, enhance system capabilities, and pioneer AI-driven data and workflow solutions You will design the targeted recommendations that align cross-functional teams towards our strategic initiatives. You will develop early warning indicators, track progress, and build robust strategies that ensure our operations can consistently scale to meet market trends and our customers. What You Will Be Doing: • Facilitate Annual Planning which consist of working with global stakeholders to develop coverage model, compensation design, quota setting, and headcount strategies • Lead initiatives to design company policy and processes, enhance system and data analytics, and leverage AI to derive deep insights into how business, trends, and proactive steps to improve the renewal lifecycle • Drive coordination across Sales, Finance, Field Engineering, and more to drive a one team approach to managing the renewals and its potential risk, cross-sell, and upsell • Advise senior leadership around performance, challenges, and areas of opportunity • Foster a culture of mentorship, transparency, innovation, and accountability What You Bring: • Minimum of 8 years experience in renewals, sales operations, or a related field in the software or technology industry. • Proven track record of leading teams and driving strategic process improvements in a global, matrixed (often highly ambiguous) context. • Highly analytical and data-driven with the fluidity to seamlessly build a pragmatic roadmap, strategic objectives, and actionable next steps • Outstanding leadership and communications with a demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaborate fluently with senior leadership • Experience in systems thinking and highly capable of understanding how changes can impact upstream / downstream cross-functional teams and processes • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. • Experience with the Salesforce.com , Microsoft Office Suite, Revenue Intelligence Tools (e.g., Clari, Gong, Seismic), and modern AI stack (Claude, Gemini, Appscripts, etc.) Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary.
