You will work directly inside the advertising platforms every day—building and launching campaigns, uploading creatives and copy, checking tracking, monitoring performance, and making optimizations.<br>This is not a strategy-only, coordination, or people-management position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys executing the work themselves and taking direct ownership of campaigns from setup through ongoing optimization.<br>You’ll manage campaigns across multiple platforms and markets while using AI as a core part of your workflow. You’ll be operating within one of Latin America’s fastest-growing companies, as ranked by the Financial Times, on a team that is actively building AI-native workflows into everything we do.<br>Your work will directly impact how Clara grows across Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia—and you’ll help define what AI-augmented Paid Media execution looks like at scale.</p> <h3><strong>Your responsibilities will include:<br></strong></h3> <ul> <li>Launch, monitor and quality assurance of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.</li> <li>Set up tracking and attribution according to internal guidelines — including AI-assisted tagging validation and anomaly detection.</li> <li>Use AI tools daily to accelerate campaign work: generating ad copy variants, summarizing performance data, building audience hypotheses, and drafting creative briefs.</li> <li>Conduct keyword and audience research using both native platform tools and AI-powered research assistants (e.g. Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT, custom GPTs).</li> <li>Support in A/B tests and make regular optimizations — using AI to generate hypotheses, interpret results, and suggest next steps.</li> <li>Build and maintain recurring performance reports, leveraging AI to surface insights and write narrative summaries.</li> <li>Use automation tools (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier) to reduce repetitive manual work and create scalable workflows around campaign management.</li> <li>Work closely with the Growth Team and support teams — using AI to speed up collaboration, from briefing creative to aligning on copy.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who you are:</strong></h3> <p>We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
