You can read more about our AI interview philosophy and how we use AI in our recruiting process <a href="https://www.pinterestcareers.com/our-philosophy-on-ai-in-hiring/">here</a>.</div>What you’ll do: <ul> <li>Deliver and exceed sales targets through thoughtful, in-person and virtual engagement, combining strong relationship-building with consultative, data-driven recommendations.</li> <li>Shape long-term, multi-year plans and learning agendas for your customers, leveraging deep Measurement and Performance knowledge to guide their investment decisions.</li> <li>Operate 6–12 months ahead, anticipating customer needs and surfacing insights, roadmaps, and pitches in line with their annual and quarterly planning cadences.</li> <li>Balance long-range strategy with short-term execution, moving seamlessly between building durable, strategic programs and delivering timely responses to near-term briefs.</li> <li>Design and lead Go-to-Market plans with Retail Media teams at your retailers, ensuring sales and product teams are enabled to pitch, plan, and execute impactful Pinterest activity.</li> <li>Partner closely with the Pinterest CPG team to create aligned grocery retail media strategies, driving shared success and a coherent go-to-market approach across partners.</li> <li>Represent Pinterest with credibility and integrity, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and their media agencies, and at times as a market lead in partnership with Pinterest Agency Leads on key events and initiatives.</li> <li>Collaborate effectively with cross-functional experts (e.g., Measurement, Creative Strategy, Sales Ops, Product) to design solutions that meet diverse client needs and deliver against agreed goals.</li> <li>Role-model inclusive, respectful ways of working, contributing to a team culture that values different backgrounds, perspectives, and working styles.</li> </ul> What we’re looking for: <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in sales, digital media, and/or social platforms, with a track record of success in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.</li> <li>Established local market network across advertisers, agencies, and/or retailers, with the ability to open doors and deepen senior relationships.</li> <li>Strong understanding of ad platforms such as Pinterest Ads Manager or similar (e.g., Meta, Google, retail media platforms), including campaign planning and optimization.</li> <li>Hands-on experience partnering with brands and agencies, ideally across both brand and perf
