About The Role We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Experience team at SINGU, managing our UK customers on our Micad product. You'll work closely with those customers, making sure they thrive and grow with the platform as we scale our portfolio. What you’ll be doing as a Customer Success Manager on Micad at SINGU: Own the customer relationship and experience – be the strategic partner and trusted advisor our to our UK Customers, providing insights, best practices, and proactive guidance that ensures they're thriving and achieving their goals with Micad. Conduct strategic account management – lead regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance assessments with key accounts, ensuring alignment between customer objectives and our solutions. Become a product expert – develop deep knowledge of our platform to guide customers on best practices, unlock hidden value, identify new use cases, and ensure they're maximizing the full potential of Micad's capabilities. Work cross-functionally – collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing, serving as the voice of the customer internally and advocating for improvements that enhance user experience.
