This global team brings expertise in HR strategy across Remote’s full suite of products and services, with a focus on enhancing customer engagement and driving commercial success.</p> <p>As a <strong>Global Payroll Solutions Consultant</strong>, you will play a key role in the successful launch and long-term expansion of Remote’s Global Payroll offering, shaping go-to-market efforts and helping to deliver lasting value to our clients.</p> <h2><strong>What you bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of payroll service models, including multi-country and multi-state payroll processing, compliance requirements, tax filings, wage and hour regulations, and employee onboarding/offboarding.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience consulting on global payroll processes, with a proven ability to apply consultative techniques to uncover client needs, foster strong relationships, and deliver strategic recommendations.</li> <li>Strong sales acumen with a solid understanding of sales processes and cycles, ideally in a SaaS or tech-enabled service environment.</li> <li>Excellent storytelling and communication skills—you can simplify and convey complex payroll concepts in a way that resonates with both HR and executive audiences.</li> <li>Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn, demonstrate, and analyze software solutions quickly.</li> <li>Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive collaboration in a distributed team environment.</li> <li>Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.</li> <li>Ideally minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.</li> <li>Professional certifications such as FPC, CPP, or relevant HR/payroll credentials (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a strong plus.</li> <li>Knowledge or familiarity with competitive payroll products and payroll industry landscape is considered a strong plus.</li> <li>Knowledge or familiarity with PEO service models also considered a strong plus.</li> <li>Writes and speaks fluent English.</li> <li>It s not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></h2
