Your new role As a Strategic Partnership Manager (all genders), you will drive business growth by developing strategic partnerships and identifying new enterprise opportunities for NFON's cloud communication and AI-powered solutions. You will strengthen existing strategic partnerships while identifying and developing new opportunities across the UK market. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact in a collaborative, international environment. The work you‘ll do Strengthen and expand strategic partnerships to drive sustainable business growth. Identify, develop, and grow new strategic partnerships and enterprise customer relationships across the UK market. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract signing. Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and understand their business challenges. Present NFON's cloud communication and AI-powered solutions with a consultative, customer-centric approach. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools. Achieve and exceed agreed business targets while contributing to team success. The qualifications you need Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development with a track record of acquiring and growing key accounts. Experience with SaaS or other recurring revenue business models. Demonstrated ability to establish and grow relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners such as telecommunications providers, hyperscalers, or technology partners. Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders. A self-driven, structured approach with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Interest in AI, cloud communication technologies, and digital transformation. Proficiency in English. Additional European languages are an advantage.
