About the team The Global GTM Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the GTM organization, partnering closely with the sales team and teams across Stripe to drive initiatives. This role will partner directly with the head of the global Solution Architecture, whose team is responsible for pre-sales technical assessment and technical validation of Users in partnership with Sales. This role will be expected to drive the rhythm of business, data insights / reporting, strategic initiatives, annual planning and execution. We advance the sales policies, processes and tools to drive revenue and growth. This is an incredible opportunity that plays an integral role in shaping and executing GTM strategies with Sales leaders. Responsibilities include go-to-market design, resource planning, territory alignment and quotas management, sales process optimization, and business analytics. You will also partner with key cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance & Strategy, adjacent Sales Operations teams, Global Systems & Processes, and the Strategy Planning and Insights team to streamline and optimize our internal processes and deliverables (monthly business reviews, weekly forecasting calls, target setting and planning). We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about their work, detail oriented, analytical and has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity in a high-growth environment, and solving problems with limited oversight. What you’ll do The Solution Architecture team is growing rapidly and is in need of a strong strategy and ops business partner that can help scale the operations and drive strategy of the team. This entails a focus on operational projects (process design, business cadences, systems work) and everything related to planning and running their business, including: org design and planning, sales coverage models, setting SOKRs, measuring and providing insights on performance, and process improvement. In addition to engaging with the Solutions Architecture team, you will also be collaborating with numerous cross-functional stakeholders from across the globe. Responsibilities • Collaborate with Solution Architecture leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in developing go-to market strategy, resource plan and key performance metrics. • Create and manage operational processes such as territory planning, quota setting, quarterly compensation. • Work cross-functionally to investigate and conduct analysis on system and operational issues • Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimize team efficiency and productivity • Drive rhythm of business (weekly business reviews, monthly / quarterly business reviews) with strong operational rigor. • Provide insights on key performance metrics and priorities (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews), identify key roadblocks to progress, and work efficiently to remove them • Provide business analytic strength to help drive initiatives critical to ongoing growth and provide key insights for business leadership to support strategic decision-making • Drive critical projects and initiatives and drive alignment with cross-f
