We’re looking for someone who is strategic, resourceful, and passionate about providing a best-in-class candidate experience while delivering results in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Partner closely with hiring managers in engineering and product to understand hiring goals and build scalable recruiting strategies - Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing to closing - Build and maintain talent pipelines across critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging with top candidates - Guide hiring teams through effective, inclusive interview processes and ensure alignment throughout - Provide clear, data-driven updates and insights to stakeholders on candidate pipelines and recruiting performance - Drive exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication and engagement - Contribute to process improvements and recruiting initiatives in a collaborative, remotely distributed team environment WHAT YOU’LL BRING REQUIRED: - 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments - Proven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels - Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across multiple countries and time zones - Deep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox and creative outreach strategies - Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to drive hiring outcomes collaboratively - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic asynchronous environment - Experience using AI to streamline processes and increase efficiency PREFERRED: - Experience with Ashby (ATS) or similar recruiting systems (bonus for AI tools) - Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices - Prior experience supporting hiring in a globally distributed company Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role. #LI-Remote
