The company combines technology with owned entities, in-house legal and payroll expertise, transparent pricing, and dedicated human support - helping businesses of all sizes hire talent anywhere in the world. The company is driven by a constant pursuit of innovation, expanding its product suite to create integrated HR solutions for businesses from fledgling startups to global enterprises. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an HR & EOR Operations Manager to join our Swiss entity on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on operational role - not a purely administrative or advisory position. As part of the role, you will serve as the named Responsible Person for the Swiss entity under SECO/Zürich personnel leasing law, fulfilling a standing legal obligation tied to our EOR licence. This means you must be genuinely employed, operationally involved, and present in Switzerland - not an external adviser lending a name to a form. Day-to-day workload is manageable within a 50% FTE, and you will be fully supported by the company's global HR, payroll and compliance teams. Other concurrent work or mandates are welcome, provided they do not interfere with your availability and supervision of the entity's activities. This role is a strong fit for HR or EOR professionals already freelancing, holding consulting mandates, or looking to add a substantive part-time role to their portfolio. WHAT YOU'LL DO Act as the named Responsible Person for the Swiss entity under Swiss personnel leasing (SECO) law. Ensure compliance with Swiss labour-leasing legislation, Swiss employment law, and the staffing industry GAV (minimum wages and equal treatment). Maintain documentation required for SECO and cantonal audits and inspections. Serve as the primary Swiss contact for SECO and cantonal authorities. Oversee HR and employment operations for the Swiss entity - including onboarding, contract controls, and employment matters. Support payroll oversight in collaboration with the global payroll team. Handle employee and client escalations related to HR and compliance matters. Supervise the entity's EOR/personnel leasing activities and ensure they are conducted properly. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Right to Work in Switzerland - one of the following is required: Swiss citizen. EU/EFTA national with a current Swiss B or C permit. Non-EU/EFTA national with a Swiss C permit (a non-EU/EFTA B permit alone does not qualify). EU/EFTA national with a genuine 5-year cross-border G permit. Education: Any completed qualification - EFZ apprenticeship, Matura/Abitur, or university degree in any field. Experience - either route qualifies: Standard route: 3+ years in one of the following: recruitment or placement, personnel leasing or staffing (including EOR), substantive HR (not admin-only), personnel consulting, or organisational/business consulting. Employment certificates confirming dates, workload percentage and substantive duties are required alongside a CV. g. HRSE or VSH HR Assistant). Course attendance without a final certificate does not count. Character: Clean criminal record, debt-enforcement register and tax history. Other: Comfortable being named on the Commercial Register with signing authority. Willing to disclose other jobs, board mandates or licensed-business responsibilities. Genuinely hands-on - purely advisory profiles (external lawyers or accountants with no operational involvement) are not suitable.
