The Opportunity As a People Business Partner, you will work closely with our Europe Engineering, Product & Design, and G&A teams, partnering with leaders and managers to support org health, talent strategy, and people programs that move the business forward. This role sits at an exciting intersection — you'll be deeply embedded with your European counterparts while also partnering closely with our US-based teams to help bridge and strengthen our global company. Qualifications 3+ years of people partner or HR business partner experience, ideally with exposure to global or multi-region companies Experience supporting Engineering, Product, Design, and/or G&A orgs is preferred Demonstrated ability to build high-trust relationships with managers and leaders, and to show up as a credible, strategic partner Strong judgment in navigating employee situations with speed, structure, and genuine care Understanding of the cultural and employment landscape across key European markets Comfortable working across time zones and geographies — you understand what it takes to bridge a global company and bring people together Experience partnering with other People teams and business partners like Finance and Recruiting Ready to roll up your sleeves and figure out and build the right solutions with cross-functional partners, not just execute established processes Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can operate proactively with independence Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
