Product at HelloFresh is exciting. We’re talking recipe ranges, box types and, or product additions such as our surcharge portfolio (range of value added recipes that customers can pay extra for to acquire). Reporting directly into our Head of Menu Strategy and Product Development, you will sit at the vital intersection of customer, operations and web-development. Without this team, we can’t stay number one globally and so we want someone to come in and use their energy, passion and outstanding project management to help us continue to give customers the best products in the market. What You Will Be Doing: • Strategically own and manage the end-to-end range and assortment planning for Surcharge (HelloFresh and GC) and Market for HelloFresh UK. This involves significant collaboration with the global HFM team, who manage much of the strategic planning, to ensure local execution aligns with global initiatives while driving basket penetration and safeguarding high-margin revenue streams. • Lead performance reporting and tracking across all value-added revenue streams, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize product performance, drive margin growth, and identify opportunities for AOV and basket expansion. • Drive innovation by curating and sourcing new concepts, premium recipes, and high-performing Market additions that enhance customer value perception and complement our core meal kit offering. • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to translate new product concepts and insights into tangible, appealing recipes that align with our surcharge and market strategies. • Own the process for new SKU proposals, forecasting, and assortment refinement , bridging the gap between innovation and commercial viability to ensure every addition contributes to long-term profitability. • Work cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution of the product innovation roadmap for value added products, playing a key role in helping shape the future of HelloFresh UK’s premium product strategy. • Partner with Product Marketing and Brand teams to build compelling commercial stories for value-added products, maximizing customer lifetime value through targeted initiatives. • Being a champion for your customers within the business Who You Are: • 3-5 years’ experience within either a commercial FMCG role, such as brand / category management (e-commerce experience is a bonus), or a top tier consultancy within these industries • Outstanding project management skills, and the ability to keep the plates spinning • Able to work cross-functionally to drive through product initiatives in a complex structure with global stakeholders • Confidence working with data to build business cases and make recommendations to the UK and global teams • Customer-centric mindset, including the ability to use data to identify unmet customer needs and pain points • Creative thinking to develop solutions that solve our customers’ challenges and an entrepreneurial attitude. • Experience is executing digital tests and working with digital products. • Experience in food, e-commerce and digital merchandising would be a bonus.
