About the team Dialpad's AI Transformation team (AIT) builds and deploys AI-powered tools for internal teams across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Operations. We work on the full spectrum: agents that automate compliance workflows, RAG-based assistants that surface the right context at the right moment, bots that replace manual operational work, and integrations that connect AI capabilities to Dialpad's existing business systems. The team is small and moves fast, from problem to deployed tool in a matter of weeks, not quarters. AIT operates globally, with engineering presence in Argentina, India, and the US, and sits within the broader Data & AI organization. Your role As the Manager, AI Transformation Engineering, you will be the technical anchor for the AIT team. This is a lead-from-the-front role: you will set engineering standards, guide teammates through complex implementation challenges, establish evaluation practices, and own the technical quality of everything we ship. You will also drive upskilling across the team, coaching analysts and junior engineers, and helping them build the AI engineering depth needed to deliver reliable production systems.
