Create personalised experiences – Take time to understand every guest’s needs, tailoring consultations and recommendations to create truly memorable moments. Share your expertise – Recommend retail products, treatments, and wellbeing experiences that enhance the guest journey while supporting commercial success. Maintain a sanctuary of calm – Ensure treatment rooms are beautifully presented, fully stocked, and maintained to the highest standards throughout the day. Work as one team – Collaborate closely with Spa Reception and fellow therapists to deliver a seamless experience from arrival through to departure. Own the details – Keep consultation records, treatment notes, room checklists, and daily administration accurate and up to date. Go beyond expectations – Handle guest requests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of a luxury wellbeing destination.
