Responsibilities Ã¢ÂÂ Bid on projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms. Ã¢ÂÂ Create persuasive proposals to secure high-quality projects. Ã¢ÂÂ Communicate and negotiate with international clients. Ã¢ÂÂ Generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals. Ã¢ÂÂ Analyze client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for smooth project onboarding. Requirements Ã¢ÂÂÃ¯Â¸Â 2â3 years of experience in online bidding and lead generation. Ã¢ÂÂÃ¯Â¸Â Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ã¢ÂÂÃ¯Â¸Â Good understanding of IT services, web development, and digital solutions.
