We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and elevate full-cycle recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent and support Clara’s ambitious growth. You will partner directly with hiring managers to define hiring needs, build high-converting candidate pipelines, and deliver a fast, transparent candidate experience. In this role, you will leverage Greenhouse , Slack , and modern AI-driven sourcing techniques to optimize hiring velocity, ensure data accuracy, and strengthen Clara's employer brand across all touchpoints. You’ll also: • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes with speed and precision, from intake to offer extension. • Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter , candidate referrals, and automated AI tools to identify high-caliber talent. • Transform recruitment data into actionable insights, regularly reviewing time-to-hire and pipeline conversion metrics to continuously refine workflows. • Elevate Clara's employer brand by organizing targeted candidate engagement events and creating compelling outreach messaging. • Ensure inclusive hiring practices across every stage of the funnel, actively eliminating bias from job specs and evaluation criteria. • Experiment with AI tools (such as generative search and automated workflow platforms) to reduce administrative overhead and increase hiring output.
