We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally. The role Our Commercial Insights team is growing! We're looking for a Junior Commercial Insights Analyst to join our team in London. In this role you'll own real analysis from day one, turning data from across the business into reporting and recommendations that commercial, marketing, and product teams rely on. Key responsibilities Identify and investigate commercial questions across all areas of marketing, commercial, product and technology - and turn the findings into recommendations that drive meaningful outcomes Partner directly with marketing, product, and commercial teams to scope analytical work - you define the brief as much as you respond to it Use data visualisation tools such as Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau, Power BI and Looker with guidance from senior analysts Build and maintain models that support commercial decisions - channel performance, cohort analysis, and GP forecasting Use AI to accelerate analysis and develop new approaches to problem solving, better and faster analytics and automation Write and optimise SQL queries against BigQuery to answer commercial questions About you Degree in a maths or science based subject One to two years of hands-on experience in an analytics or data role, including placements or internships AI native. AI is embedded in how you work. You reach for it to accelerate analysis, challenge your thinking, and do in hours what used to take days. You are curious about where the technology is going and are actively developing your skills in it. Working knowledge of SQL and confidence with a BI tool such as Tableau, plus Excel and GA4 Commercially curious, keen to understand the why behind the numbers and turn it into recommendations Able to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines with growing independence You thrive when working as part of a team Comfortable in a fast-paced environment You communicate findings clearly and with conviction - written and verbal, to technical and non-technical audiences equally.
