We're hiring an Engineering Manager to provide hands-on technical leadership for the team building integrations that make our platform work seamlessly with the systems public safety agencies depend on. What You'll Do We are seeking an Engineering Manager - Integrations who will serve as the technical leader for the engineers responsible for integrations between Mark43's core platform and mission-critical third-party systems. You'll combine people leadership with managing delivery timelines of business-critical integrations. Shaping architecture, leading complex implementation work, reviewing designs and code, and helping the team solve difficult distributed-systems problems. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and other technical teams to turn customer and operational needs into reliable APIs, data pipelines, and messaging layers. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in our Manchester office to support strong team collaboration. • Coordination and collaboration with the US-based counterpart to ensure alignment with technology and business goals. • Making and guiding architecture decisions across REST APIs, message queues, data pipelines, webhooks, and event-driven workflows. • Lead the design and delivery of complex, high-impact integrat
