Role Summary The Procurement & Supply Chain Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the organisation's procurement and supply chain activities are conducted in accordance with legal, regulatory, contractual, ethical and corporate governance requirements. Working within a highly regulated technology environment, the role provides oversight of supplier governance, third-party assurance, procurement compliance, ESG obligations, modern slavery requirements, information security due diligence, operational resilience and supplier assurance activities. The role partners with Procurement, Legal, Risk, Information Security and business stakeholders to ensure suppliers are selected, managed and monitored in a manner that supports organisational objectives while protecting the organisation from operational, financial, reputational and regulatory risk. The position plays a key role in strengthening supplier governance frameworks, improving supply chain transparency and ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory obligations and customer expectations.
