PAT Tester Required - Oxford / Milton Keynes Area Guardian Electrical Compliance is looking for a high-calibre PAT Tester to join our growing team covering the Oxford and Milton Keynes area. Requirements â¢City & Guilds 2377 qualification (essential) â¢Full, clean UK driving licence (essential) What We Offer â¢Starting salary of Â£31,000 per year â¢45-hour week, Monday to Friday â¢9-hour working days â¢Company vehicle provided â¢Fuel card provided â¢All testing equipment supplied Productivity Expectations â¢KPI target of approximately 300-350 items tested per day (around 38 items per hour) Technology & Support We've invested heavily in systems and processes that make achieving these targets straightforward and efficient: â¢Pre-printed labels â¢Barcode scanning technology â¢Clarity software interface â¢PTSG's bespoke CRM system â¢Automated certificate and report generation â¢Reports sent directly to clients on the same day once work is signed off â¢Automatic Excel report generation for upload to client portals, including TraQit â¢No manual writing of results â¢No hand-written labels â¢Minimal administration â¢Fully streamlined digital workflow Unlike many PAT testing companies, we provide both the company vehicle and all testing equipment, allowing our engineers to focus on carrying out quality inspections rather than covering their own business costs.
