About the Role Join the technical customer-success team at a fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed AI voice SaaS startup headquartered in Berlin. As a Customer Engineer , you'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers — ensuring successful adoption of the platform, resolving technical challenges, and translating real-world customer needs into meaningful product improvements. Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the broader mission of automating customer call operations at scale. What You'll Do Provide hands-on technical guidance to help customers deploy, configure, and optimize the platform for their specific use cases. js, Python) alongside customers. A pragmatic, ship-fast mindset and comfort operating in a small, high-velocity team. Location & Work Arrangement This role is on-site in Berlin, Germany .
