The Customer Success Engineering team is responsible for ensuring that Feedzai solutions are successfully implemented, integrated, optimized, and supported throughout the customer lifecycle. We work directly with enterprise customers, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring successful deployments, operational excellence, and long-term customer success. You As an Advanced Customer Success Engineer, you are an experienced software engineer with a strong implementation mindset. You are comfortable reading, writing, and debugging production-quality code, but your primary focus is delivering successful customer solutions through implementation, integrations, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical leadership. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor for our customers and a technical reference within Customer Success, collaborating closely with Product Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success Managers, and customer technical teams.
