Your role As an AI Transformation Analyst (P3), you will serve as a strategic partner to Dialpad's business units, identifying and leveraging AI tools, processes, and agents to significantly improve employee productivity, reduce operational costs, and drive net new ARR. You will be responsible for the end-to-end success of these initiatives, from initial discovery and solution architecture to measuring long-term business impact. In this role, you will design and architect high-impact solutions, collaborating closely with AI Transformation Engineers for technical deployment while maintaining a relentless focus on tracking adoption metrics and quantifying productivity gains. This role is based in Argentina and reports to the Senior Manager, AI Transformation. The candidate should maintain overlap with North American and global teams to support cross-functional collaboration and project delivery.
