We’re looking for builders who thrive in ambiguity, care deeply about craft, and want real ownership over what they create. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years of professional experience - Strong generalist — you’re excellent on either the front end or back end, and comfortable working across the stack - Front-end expertise with TypeScript and Next.js, including performance, UX, and clean architecture - Back-end experience with Go, building reliable, scalable systems - Product-minded engineer who understands tradeoffs between speed, quality, and scale.
