This hands-on role leads high-impact client engagements, contributes to pre-sales and solution design, and ensures the regional adoption and evolution of service-specific delivery frameworks, tools, and best practices. The role brings deep expertise in modernization strategies and execution in large legacy systems modernization programs, serving as a trusted technical advisor to both clients and internal teams. This role is key to ensuring delivery quality, enabling service adoption, and evolving the technical maturity of the offering. Job responsibilities • Provides technical guidance on Enterprise Systems Modernization. • Supports delivery teams in solving complex client problems. • Contributes to solution design, proposals, and pre-sales activities. • Develops and refines service accelerators and reference architectures. • Mentors engineers and architects within the service domain. • Acts as a bridge between delivery teams and global service development. • Measures success by technical quality, asset adoption, and talent uplift. • Requires 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical consulting. • Requires 3+ years in Enterprise Systems Modernization advisory. • Focuses on technical depth in modernization strategies and enterprise solution architecture. Job qualifications Technical Skills • Experience supporting solution design and technical delivery in complex enterprise environments. • Proven ability to build, extend, and support delivery tools, frameworks, and reusable assets. • Deep technical expertise in modernization strategies, cloud architecture, and platform thinking. • Strong engineering skills, architecture patterns knowledge, and toolchain understanding. • Excellent communication to translate technical insights into actionable business decisions. • Collaborative with mentorship abilities and solution-oriented with asset contribution commitment. Professional Skills • 10+ years in software engineering, platform delivery, or technical consulting roles. • 3+ years in a subject matter expert or senior technical advisory role within Enterprise Systems Modernization. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. • Certifications in relevant platforms, tools, or frameworks for the Enterprise Systems Modernization domain. • Experience contributing to internal accelerators, open-source projects, or client-aligned IP development. • Familiarity with enterprise transformation programs and the consulting delivery lifecycle.
