Sony Music's Product Design Engineering and Global Operations (PDEGO) Team is looking for an Engineering Manager for our Data Operations team to lead and scale our data product space. What you'll do: • Cultivate a high-performance agile development team balancing executing new features while maintaining our existing system health. • Manage a team of full-stack engineers to deliver internal platforms. • Hold regular 1:1s, mentor engineers, and work with contractors. • Work with Directors to drive engineering vision. • Work with product to develop solutions that align with business cases and strategy. • Constantly improve our platforms. • Experiment with new technologies and integrate them into our stack when appropriate.
