About the Role We're a Berlin-based B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency — over five years in operation, 30+ people strong, and growing fast. We help B2B tech and SaaS companies acquire more qualified leads, shorten sales cycles, and reduce customer acquisition costs through data-driven paid advertising and AI-powered outreach. As Founders Associate , you'll work directly alongside the founding team, owning strategic projects end to end, automating operations, and helping shape the company's next stage of growth. What We're Looking For Must-haves: 1–3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment — early-stage startup, strategy consulting, or venture capital. Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) — this is a hard requirement.
