At CoMind, we are developing a non-invasive neuromonitoring technology that will result in a new era of clinical brain monitoring. In joining us, you will be helping to create cutting-edge technologies that will improve how we diagnose and treat brain disorders, ultimately improving and saving the lives of patients across the world. The Role: The Senior Technical Project Manager at CoMind will lead the delivery of a complex, multi-disciplinary sub-system spanning optics, electronics, mechanical engineering, FPGAs, and software. The role owns end-to-end planning and execution, coordinating internal engineering teams and external development partners to take the sub-system through the full product development lifecycle, from design maturation through to verification and transfer. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on disciplined technical project delivery in a fast-moving medtech start-up. The successful candidate will translate technical and programme objectives into a clear, well-structured plan, managing scope, schedule, resources, risk, and cross-discipline dependencies, while maintaining the pace and pragmatism a start-up demands. CoMind is entering a critical phase of design maturation, verification, and scale-up. This role is central to ensuring the sub-system is delivered on time, to specification, and to the quality and regulatory standards expected of a medical device, without sacrificing momentum or engineering rigour. At CoMind, all team members work at least 4 days per week in the office, plus a flexible work-from-home day. This role is based in our London (Kings Cross) office. g.
