Your role Dialpad is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Platform & Agentic Integrations. This role sits at the intersection of our Developer Platform, agentic ecosystem, and third-party integrations, owning the primitives, APIs, connectors, and platform capabilities that let Dialpad AI Agents connect to external systems and take action. The role includes ownership over Dialpad's APIs, webhooks, events, MCP, custom connectors/actions, and platform integrations such as Microsoft Teams. You will define how customers, partners, and internal teams extend Dialpad through a scalable integration platform. That includes making it easy to connect third-party systems, expose Dialpad capabilities programmatically, and support the company’s top priority: Agentic AI.
