Why be a Senior Analyst — Commercial (Beauty) at THG? As Senior Analyst in the Beauty Commercial team, you will own analytical work that helps THG’s Beauty division understand and improve its commercial performance. Working across category and brand analytics, you will build the analysis and insight that enables buying and commercial teams to make better decisions. This is one of three Senior Analyst roles in the Beauty Commercial team. As a Senior Analyst — Commercial (Beauty) , you will: Commercial Analytics • Own analytical projects across commercial performance — predominantly on category and brand analytics while also supporting pricing, promotional effectiveness, subscriptions performance • Build analysis that helps the business understand what drives commercial performance • Develop and maintain commercial KPI reporting • Identify commercial opportunities and risks through data Technical Delivery • Write and maintain SQL queries and analytical scripts • Work with the Engineering tea
