As we continue to grow, the team plays a key role in building scalable processes while staying close to the day-to-day realities of the business. The role: We are seeking an Accounting Lead to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and manage the team’s workload. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established accounting policies and processes. You will act as the primary operational lead for the accounting team, escalating issues as needed and partnering closely with the Senior Accounting Manager to support month-end close and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Team Supervision & Daily Execution • Supervise daily activities of the accounting team, including task allocation and deadline tracking. • Review work prepared by team members (journal entries, reconciliations, support schedules). • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure consistent quality and development.
