About the role We’re hiring Site Reliability Engineers to set the reliability standard across everything we build. Businesses and developers build their own products and customer experiences on our platforms, from live customer conversations to content production, much of it real time and latency-sensitive. Our reliability is part of theirs, so there is very little room for downtime. You’ll join our dedicated Reliability team and own how we design for resilience, respond to incidents and keep improving. You’ll work directly with product and engineering teams to define reliability targets, build the tooling to measure them, and shape the architecture and practices behind them. Design and run disaster recovery programmes, setting ambitious recovery targets and testing against them regularly. Define SLAs and SLOs with each product team, and build the tooling to track them by product and customer. Own how we detect, respond to and learn from incidents, including alerting design, the incident process and post-mortems, and our on-call process. Build AI-assisted investigation and auto-resolution, from agent-led diagnosis to automated remediation. Embed with product teams to shape architecture and engineering practices for resilience at scale.
