About the role We're looking for an experienced partnerships leader to build and scale ElevenLabs' Public Sector Partner Programme in North America — bringing together resellers, VARs, and systems integrators who help deploy our technology across federal agencies, state and local governments, and education institutions. You'll own the public sector partner strategy end-to-end — from building relationships with leading SIs and VARs with established public sector practices, to onboarding, enabling, and activating them to sell and deliver ElevenLabs products into government and education accounts. This is a 0→1 build: you'll design partner incentive and enablement models tailored to the procurement and compliance realities of the public sector, generate qualified pipeline through partner-led opportunities, and scale the programme against North America growth targets — while owning day-to-day execution and partner performance.
