This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing scale-up at a crucial phase of growth and help change an industry for the better. Where the team comes in: We're now applying that same model to Enterprise: the part of the market where businesses, not private individuals, sell vehicles to dealers. It's 2 million of the 8 million used cars sold in the UK each year, a quarter of the total market. In May 2026 we launched our Enterprise remarketing service with Mobilize Financial Services (the finance arm behind Renault, Nissan, Dacia and Alpine) as our first customer (see launch article here ). Mobilize’s end-of-lease customers profile their car through Motorway’s market-leading app, we auction the vehicle directly to dealers, and the vehicle is collected from the customer at the end of the lease. This cuts weeks out of a process that used to require physical storage sites and repeat transport, saving costs and time; and delivering a better customer experience. This role joins the Enterprise team that is building this business line from the ground up. It's a rare chance to shape a new, fast-growing product inside an already fast-growing scale-up, and help rebuild a part of the automotive industry that our CEO has called "well overdue a rebuild." About the team: The Enterprise Operations Team sits at the centre of this new, high-growth business line. You'll be the main point of contact for our enterprise lease customers, guiding them through every step of the return and inspection process, and you'll work directly with purchasing dealer partners to keep the buying process smooth on their side too. Every interaction you handle shapes how supported, informed and confident our lease customers and dealers feel. The structured approach and attention to detail you bring drives operational excellence and keeps customer satisfaction high as we grow in the lease vehicle market. You'll be joining an ambitious new chapter for Motorway from day one. What you'll be doing: This is a generalist role where you will be working with customers and dealers managing the end-to-end sales process from the initial vehicle appraisal through to final inspection and collection: Enterprise Customer Contact: Be the primary point of contact for enterprise lease customers via phone (inbound and outbound) email and WhatsApp, guiding them through their vehicle return and inspection process. Customer Calls: Conduct customer calls to verify identity, review vehicle inspections, confirm eligibility, and set clear expectations around next steps. Manage Vehicle Profiling: Gather and validate vehicle details including mileage, service history, condition and inspection photos to prepare vehicles for sale. Set Expectations Clearly: Explain inspection outcomes, indicative charges, collection process in a clear, concise and professional manner. Coordinate Collections: Capture preferred collection dates, confirm logistics and ensure all transport details are accurately recorded. Process Vehicles End to End: Move vehicles through each operational stage from onboarding and enquiry creation to sale readiness, post sale support and invoice creation ensuring accurate handover. Handle Post Sale Queries: Generate and share damage reports, support customer questions and assist with post sale updates.
