Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role: Key Responsibilities <ul> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Lead the delivery of marketing initiatives and operational projects across the assigned POD, ensuring commitments are met with quality and efficiency.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other delivery ceremonies to promote team alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Partner with POD leadership to refine and manage the backlog, helping prioritize work based on business objectives and team capacity.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Monitor team delivery metrics and health indicators, providing visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and capacity planning.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Coordinate work across multiple functions, channels, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Manage project timelines, dependencies, and handoffs throughout the delivery lifecycle.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Support content approval processes, including coordination with legal, compliance, and other required stakeholders.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase team effectiveness and reduce operational waste.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Communicate project status, risks, blockers, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.</li> <li>Support change management efforts and encourage adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices.</li> </ul> Must-have Skills <ul> <li class="isSelectedEnd">5+ years of experience in project management, delivery leadership, marketing operations, or related roles within cross-functional environments.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Experience working in highly regulated industries and environments, with strong understanding of compliance-driven processes, governance requirements, approval workflows, and auditability standards.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Experience managing multiple marketing projects and delivery workstreams simultaneously.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement activities.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Experience monitoring project delivery metrics and using data to drive decision-making and team improvements.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex workflows involving multiple teams, functions, and dependencies.</li> <li class="isSelectedEnd">Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to navigate difficult conversations.</li> <li class=&quo
