Data Quality Executive Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office. Tues/Weds) Team: Customer Experience - Data Quality Reports to: Data Quality Team Leader The role An exciting opportunity has emerged to join the Data Quality Team as a Data Quality Executive at the UK’s number one property portal. Our partners are at the heart of everything we do, which means that we want to make things easy and right for them first time, every time. As a member of Rightmove’s Data Quality Team you’ll play an important part in ensuring what’s displayed on Rightmove is accurate, fair and never misleading. Specifically, your role will focus on being the first point of contact for partners and consumers, content moderation, triaging inbound queries, and referring cases for assessment by the Data Quality Advisors when appropriate. This role will include: • Monitor, moderate, and upload advert content to ensure alignment with legislation and Rightmove’s Technical and Text Content Guidelines. • Approve and verify reviews, ensuring authenticity and adherence to the DMCCA legislation. • Track review similarity and duplication, identifying patterns and potential misuse. • Triage and manage incoming queries, meeting SLAs and performance targets while escalating high-priority cases to Data Quality Advisors. • Maintain proactive communication with the Data Quality Team Leader and Manager, flagging risks and requesting support when needed. • Engage with consumers, and partners to request review amendments, additional evidence, or identification where necessary, ensuring all communication is clear, compliant and relevant. • Act as first point of contact for sensitive or complex queries, resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy. • Support continuous improvement, identifying process enhancements within the Data Quality team. • Promote adoption of self-service tools and initiatives, encouraging partner engagement and providing clear guidance. We’re looking for someone who: • Takes responsibility for their own workload, and for that of the team. You should be able to work under your own initiative and be self-motivating, determined to ensure the Data Quality inbox is always within our team targets. • Is a great communicator. You’ll be happy to speak up when you’ve seen an area for improvement, or to raise a priority case to the Data Quality Team Leader or Manager. • Is proactive and shares honestly and early. If you notice that inbound enquiries are increasing, you’ll bring it to the attention of the Data Quality Team Leader and arrange support to ensure we stay within our team targets. • Has great knowledge of our Technical Guidelines, Text Content Guidelines, Terms and Conditions and relevant regulatory legislation showing sound judgement when assessing inbound queries. • Is able to demonstrate understanding and empathy towards the people you speak to.
