About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role As the Global Supply Manager for Contract Manufacturing within the Data Center Infrastructure organization, you will own Anthropic's relationship with the contract manufacturers and ODMs that build our servers, racks, and accelerator systems. Your ownership extends to both sides of this relationship: the commercial framing, structuring the agreements, pricing, and SLAs that define what the partner owes us, and the execution against it, sharing forecasts, scheduling build plans, and holding the partner to volume, on-time output, and inventory commitments. This is not the sort of role where work stops after negotiation; the person who helps structure the deal is the same person accountable for the partner delivering against it every week. You will work daily with our product and manufacturing engineers who support our partner sites, and with supply chain, finance, and deployment teams internally. If you have owned a CM or ODM relationship through both a negotiation cycle and a production ramp, are passionate about HPC data centers, & enjoy working in complex, fast-paced environments, we welcome you to apply. This is a hands-on role with up to 50% travel to partner factories in the US and abroad. You should be as comfortable meeting with partners face to face as you are presenting a long term partner strategy to leadership. Responsibilities Include: • Help structure and negotiate the CM/ODM commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, pricing and NRE models, and liability and flexibility terms, with clear, measurable performance obligations. • Design the SLA/SLO framework and vendor scorecard for the manufacturing relationship, and oversee the governance cadence, from weekly operating reviews to QBRs with partner executives. • Share demand forecasts with the partner on a defined cadence and convert them into committed, capacity build plans aligned to our deployment schedule. • Ensure builds are scheduled against deployment need dates and hold the partner to committed volumes and on time output, driving recovery plans when production falls behind. • Ensure the partner maintains adequate materials and buffer inventory on site to protect the build plan and manage inventory risks against the forecast. • Verify partner billing against contracted rates, actual output, and approved NRE, and resolve discrepancies before invoices are approved. • Escalate performance issues through the partner's management chain with data, and own corrective actions through closure. • Coordinate with product engineering, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and deployment operations so factory commitments and downstream plans stay aligned. You may be a good fit if you: • Have 10+ years of experience in supply management, supply chain, or manufacturing operations, with direct ownership of a contract manufacturer or ODM relationship. • Have owned a CM/ODM relationship through both a commercial negotiation cycle and a production ramp, and can speak to outcomes on both. • Have structured and negotiated manufacturing agreements: SOWs, pricing models, SLAs, and inventory liability terms. • Have owned build plans, forecast commitments, and on time delivery for products built at a manufacturing partner site. • Are rigorous with data
