In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, serving as a force multiplier to ensure our mission of modernizing corporate spend management across Latin America is executed with precision. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and investor relations, driving high-priority initiatives that bridge the gap between vision and departmental execution. • Strategic Orchestration: Collaborate directly with the CEO to refine Clara’s strategic roadmap, ensuring long-term goals are translated into actionable workstreams across the organization. • Investor Relations & Capital Markets: Serve as a key point of contact for our investors, managing high-stakes communications and preparing materials for board meetings and fundraising rounds. • Operational Excellence: Audit and optimize internal processes to eliminate friction, ensuring the leadership team operates at peak efficiency. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a connective tissue between the CEO and senior leadership, facilitating alignment on key performance metrics and fostering a culture of high ownership. • Special Projects: Lead "zero-to-one" initiatives, from market research and geographic expansion to internal restructuring or evaluating new AI-driven product opportunities. Who you are “We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.” Must haves: • Proven experience in a strategic role within a high-growth fintech, startup, or top-tier financial services firm. • Working proficiency in English and Portuguese. • Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate executive workflows and reporting. • Strong understanding of investor relations and financial modeling. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and external partners. • Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a proven track record of role-specific execution in ambiguous situations. • Experience managing complex projects using tools like Google Drive , Slack , and <strong data-path-to-node="7,6,0" data-index-in-node="7
